South Carolina Community Capital is a community development finance institution (CDFI) that supports the needs of the community development finance sector in South Carolina. As an independent 501c3 organization, it raises, leverages, connects, and aligns capital to increase community development financing. By providing capacity-building support, Community Capital will work to develop a network that supports community investment, strengthens low– to moderate-income communities, and spurs economic opportunities and growth statewide.

Who We Serve
Community Capital provides direct lending to qualified projects and supports CDFIs, including U.S. Treasury and state-certified CDFIs, that serve South Carolina’s most undercapitalized communities.
